Since moving to Michigan in June I have fallen in love with the state.
The beach, amazing indie music, beautiful rivers, wild flowers, country side, fresh fruit, the blue berry farm down the street, Blues on the Mall, walking on the pier at sunset, and reading on the beach has made this summer the best yet.
I’m sad I won’t get to see it in the fall (my favorite season).
But I shouldn’t be too sad since I will only be across the lake in Wisconsin.
My campus is right on the Lake and we are only 30 mins from the loop in Chicago so I mean it will be a great place.

I’m the exact same way. I spend most of time around people who smoke pot or do some other sort of drug and really don’t mind. But I don’t smoke it’s my personal choice. If you ask me if I want to smoke I will say no, I will say that it’y my body and I just don’t feel like putting that into my system..but that’s my personal outlook and my relationship with my body. I could care less if my friends smoke. I never tell them they shouldn’t do it or that it’s bad for them. It’s your body and no one can tell you what to do with it.Doing drugs does not make you a bad person. And I’m tired of self-righteous people for looking down on those who do drugs, but I’m mostly talking about weed here (because meth and heroine and the like should not even be in the same category as marijuana). I don’t give a fuck if you’re “edge”, just like I don’t give a fuck if you’re lighting up a bowl as you’re reading this. What you do on your own time is none of my goddamn business, and I’m tired of all these preachy people. You do not have any higher power than those who do smoke. I don’t even understand where you’d get that idea.I might not smoke. But I have PLENTY of friends who do. I’ve got nothing against em. I can respect them for being smokers as long as they can respect me for not smoking. It’s totally never even been an issue for me. some people need to calm down. Let everyone do their own thing.
